4 - La distribución horaria entre proyecto, DO y AO se da en forma equitativa ya que la repetición seriada de plantas en obras de este tipo reduce el tiempo empleado para la documentación, no así el empleado para el control y dirección de obra.

5 - Para esta obra el estudio contrato a un arquitecto Senior que tuvo a su cargo el desarrollo del proyecto y parte de la dirección

de obra, razón por la cual se muestra un alto porcentaje (74%) de participación senior y muy poca carga horaria de dibujantes junior. 6 - Siguiendo los lineamientos del CPAU (ver Glosario) sobre qué debe incluir la documentación calificada como proyecto, se estableció; por formato de plano, el volumen promedio de planos a entregar, como mínimo, para construir un edificio residencial en 2 torres de perímetro libre y semilibre.
