3 - Del monto total de una obra surge que el 8,5% de este equiva-le a los gastos totales de un estudio para efectuar esa obra. ¿Qué porcentaje de honorarios deberá establecer el estudio para tener un beneficio?

4 - 2374 es el total de horas empleadas en llevar a cabo la obra. En obras de esta escala y de poca complejidad la distribución de trabajo muestra una importante carga horaria de Juniors (dibujantes, estudiantes y proyectistas junior) del 46% aprox., con respecto a la de socios y arquitectos senior. Esto tiene rela-

ción con el hecho de que del total de las horas dedicadas el 54% son para anteproyecto y proyecto, teniendo la DO y AO menor inferencia en el desarrollo de la obra. Esto es algo muy común en obras a distancia, en donde la documentación de proyecto debe ser lo mas exacta posible ya que las visitas de dirección de obra se hacen mas espaciadamente (1 o 2 veces por semana). Por otro lado, al haber un cliente particular, es natural que, a medida que avance la obra, haya modificaciones en el proyecto a pedido del comitente.
